My role is client-facing. I guide our clients through the buying or selling process—starting with education, and staying connected through every step of the journey. I help sellers get their homes ready for the market, and I help buyers find that perfect property that fits their lifestyle and goals. Building strong, lasting relationships with our clients is what I love most about this work.
Joe specializes in an automotive niche with his clients helping them find and sell homes with big garages to suit their motorsports lifestyle as well as handling the behind-the-scenes magic. Once a contract is signed, he steps in to coordinate everything from marketing to transaction management. With a background in managing sales and marketing departments for one of the state’s top car dealerships, Joe brings a meticulous attention to detail and a powerhouse marketing strategy. From the yard sign and stunning listing websites to making sure appraisers and attorneys have what they need, he keeps everything running smoothly.
