This position requires a well-organized, service-minded individual with good interpersonal skills and attention to detail. This person will provide fiduciary service to all sellers from before a home comes on the market up until it goes under contract. Responsibilities also include producing listing marketing materials and scheduling promotional programs for listing. This position also requires strong time-management skills, as well as staying task focused in order to complete multiple projects. Someone with project management experience that was heavy on customer service would excel in this role.
Responsibilities include: regular, effective communication with sellers to include progress reports and feedback from all showings, support the Listing Specialist by updating the contact database as needed, update and maintain all listing materials and prepare pre-listing packages, as well as assist in coordinating staging, signs/lockbox delivery, photography, repairs, and home improvements required for showing the properties. Input and update listings accurately into the MLS, arrange flyers and marketing materials including home showcase movies and mass emails, and organize broker open houses. The position will also require a strong general knowledge of Worcester County, as well as neighborhoods and zip codes.
Core job duties will be to manage, build and grow the Listing side of the business; to own it and be the CEO of your department. We’re looking for someone smart, talented, loyal, hardworking and dependable. This position requires strong attention to detail as well as creativity in marketing. This is a very tech savvy position, so strong technology aptitude is a must.
Past experience in real estate with listings, marketing, and/or closing coordination is a large plus for this position. If you have a MA real estate license, that too is a great plus. If you’ve done this in the past please be sure to indicate this.This is a key hire that can help take the company to the next level. Compensation: The listing coordinator is a salaried position with bonuses, passive income opportunities and company profit sharing potential. Salary amount depends on candidate’s experience.
