We surpassed our previous company record and successfully helped 12 families buy or sell a home in the month of August! That’s a closing every 2.5 days this month! With over $2.3 million dollars in closed sales volume this significantly surpassed our previous record from June of 2014, which was 9 sales with just under $1.8 million dollars in sales volume.

Our investor client, Kyle, purchased this home in need of major renovations. Completely went through this home including re designing the floor plan and did an amazing job. The open house was extremely busy and generated multiple offers that eventually led to an accepted offer that was $17,000 over asking price
This was a tricky listing that we had. After months of being held up in probate, it finally closed for $165,000
We received a call from a client who needed to sell her moms house. There were many hurdles throughout this process including needed to install a brand new hot water heater and roof prior to closing. With the help of many patient contractors and attorneys, we were able to get everything done and closed.

Perfect first time homebuyer home we listed in Southbridge. This was a referral from one of our clients. This house sold for $145,000
