The real estate market was busy last month in the Small town full of charm and community pride
A total of 17 homes SOLD in the month of April which is up from 10 that SOLD in March. The average sales price last month was $354,635 which has decreased around 3% from what it was last year in April. The most expensive home that sold this month was 760 Wachusett Street that sold for $625,000. The least expensive house was a short sale at 27 Holden St that sold for $171,000.
